3rd International Workshop on
Networked Control Systems : Tolerant to Faults
June 20-21th 2007, University of Nancy, France
Co-sponsored by IFAC Technical Committee on Networked Systems (TC 1.5)

Aim:
The workshop will explore research opportunities in distributed and networked control systems with special emphasis in their fault-tolerant properties. Preference will be given to papers describing algorithms, procedures and examples showing ability in the detection and isolation of anomalies (variances or irregularities in the networks and/or in the system) and in reconfiguring the underlying control strategies. More generally, papers on Networked Control Systems combining network and control theories, analysing the links between the Quality of Control (QoC) and the Quality of Service (QoS) offered by the network will be welcome to this workshop.
Topic of interest include, but are not limited to:
Networked Control Systems
Intelligent Sensors & Sensor Networks
Real-Time Embedded Systems
Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI)
Active Fault-Tolerant Control (FTC)
Coordination & Supervision in NCS
Control Reconfiguration & Allocation
Distributed Consensus Methods
Quality of Service/Quality of Control
Communication Protocols for NCS
Tasks scheduling, Traffic scheduling
